The bar has just been raised about three notches with this belter of a video from Odyssey and Justin Spriet. Without exception every clip in here is either a never been done move or completely ground breaking in some form. For safety reasons you might want to take this one in while sitting down... so damn good!
Ryan Niranonta, Nick Barrett, and Tenzin Nyandak hit the road to the very un-Animal destination of Woodward Camp. The dudes shredded the camp in a very atypical way, then headed to nearby State College to ride some street. This shows a lot of personality for a riding video which kept it super entertaining, all the while not stooping into dreaded "webisode" territory.
The 7th through 4th place teams go full power hour in the Source park plaza in the latest video from the Battle Of Hastings. Again with the heaviest of hitters, including Chad Kerley, Travis Hughes, Broc Raiford, Dan Paley, Alex Donnachie, Ben Lewis and Devon Smillie. There's seriously more tech than two Best Buy's in here, I can't even imagine what the top three teams are going to do to this place. Check back next Friday to see!
If you haven't seen the Éclat Mount Royal video and the follow up Summer In The City article in the Sept/Oct issue of RideBMX magazine, then you're seriously failing at life right now. Assuming you're winning and already experienced those visuals, here are all of the photos I shot (including the photos from the magazine article) from our week in Montreal with the Éclat crew. When you have Dillon Lloyd, Bruno Hoffmann, Alex Kennedy, Sean Burns, Devon Smillie, Shane Weston, Dan Coller, Canadian flow riders Carl Arnett, and Ryan Eles, together in a city as majestic as Montreal for a week in the middle of the summer the end result is nothing short of amazing and I hope these photos reflect that.
With such a rich history in street riding, and crews like Chocolate Truck, A-Town Trash, Jib, and Celladoors, currently holding it down in the streets, it'd be hard to call Philadelphia's BMX scene anything short of iconic . A rider owned shop/mail-order by the name of Berks St has just emerged in The City of Brotherly Love, and came through with four minutes of Philly's finest cuts to celebrate. Sit back and enjoy the "Only Philadelphia" promo and check out an interview with Berks St owner, Steve Tassone, after the jump.
